Northwest Propane is committed to customer service and provides the best possible propane delivery experience to ensure our customers satisfaction. Northwest Propane has therefore implemented several programs advertised on this website that describe propane fuel delivery conditions and guarantees that we will adhere to within reasonable measure. Details of the programs are listed below.

Northwest Propane strives to maintain a 99% Same Day Delivery policy on any fuel order placed before noon, 6 days per week. Northwest Propane diligently attempts to ensure that Same Day Delivery is achieved however conditions may exist that could cause delays in a delivery such as special customer requests, acts of God, emergency conditions, equipment failure, road conditions, etc.

Northwest Propane provides remote tank monitoring services via Nascorp / Sky Tracker satellite monitors for customers who pay for this service. During normal conditions an Autofill – Never Out participating customers fuel level will be monitored by Northwest Propane with deliveries scheduled by the local Northwest Propane manager when a customers propane tank can hold enough fuel to receive the appropriate discount. Participating customers may still run out of fuel due to customer requested delays, acts of God, emergency conditions, equipment failure, etc. If a participating customer runs out due to no fault of their own Northwest Propane will provide “leak check” service at no additional charge and work to refuel the customer as quickly as possible.

Northwest Propane is committed to providing same day delivery services within 24 hours of a customers request even during winter weather conditions however special conditions such as customer requested delays, acts of God, emergency conditions, equipment failure, extreme road conditions, etc. can cause delays in delivery service. During extreme winter weather conditions Northwest Propane may delay sending delivery trucks out until roads are safe enough to navigate however Northwest Propane is committed to our customers and will work around the clock to ensure all deliveries are achieved before closing business for the day.

Northwest Propane cannot guarantee that conditions won’t occur that may cause a forklift customer to run empty however Northwest Propane can commit to providing expedited delivery services at no additional charge to any of our forklift customers should they run out of fuel during normal business hours.
